The ADGA Convention Rate will be $115 per room plus tax. This rate is available from Friday, October 10 through Saturday, October 18, 2008. The special room rate will be available until September 22nd or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.

PLEASE NOTE: Early Departure Fee
In the event that a guest who has requested a room within the 'group block' decides to check out prior to the guest's reserved checkout date, the hotel will add an early checkout fee of $50 to that guest's individual account. Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the Doubletree Hotel Sonoma Wine Country at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
The Doubletree Hotel Sonoma Wine Country will inform members of our group of this potential charge upon check-in and requests that you also inform your attendees of this obligation. The Doubletree Hotel Sonoma Wine Country will deduct any collected early departure fees from the amount you may owe as performance damages.
